Terms of Trading

Our terms of trading are:

A payment of 30% is required as a deposit and acceptance of order.
A cleared stage payment to 90% (inclusive of deposit) is required upon delivery.
A final balancing payment is due on completion of original order (on delivery if supply only).
Payment for any extra work will be advised on request.
Delivery is not included unless stated on quotation.
Any fitting, worktops, plumbing, electrical, building and other works or appliances are not included unless stated on quotation.

A signed copy of:
i.Terms of Trading,
ii.Quotation or Estimate,
iii.Drawings, highlighting any amendments, and any colour samples if applicable, .
are required with the deposit payment                                                                                  and are acceptance of order and terms

Please note that wood is a natural material and as such is prone to unavoidable movement and natural variations in colour. All efforts are made to avoid any movement, but “snagging” is sometimes necessary after a period of settlement.
